Vol.148 Good idea but who will do?

Every time we have meeting with boss, he requests us many tasks. Though he can not speak and understand Japanese, he gives us many jobs. He just says but who will do it? He? No! But we! When we do overtime, he says "Go home please" but who is making this situation that we have to work and finish by late night. sorry today I was very frustrated so I wanted my feeling with you. nikukyu
